Red Bricks Pvt Ltd., operating as Red Bricks Capital Partners (RBCP), collects the information you provide through our application and partnership enquiry forms. This includes contact details, business and financial information, your message, and any pitch deck you choose to share.
How we use it
We use your information to review your proposal, communicate with you, and assess a potential investment or partnership. Submission does not create an investment commitment. Please share only information you are authorised to provide.
Storage and access
Submissions and uploaded decks are stored using Cloudflare services. Access to submissions and decks is restricted to our private review dashboard. RBCP’s partners review applications and may make internal notes. Notification emails are delivered to the partners’ Gmail inboxes. We do not publish application information on this website.
Retention and deletion
We retain applications, enquiries, and pitch decks until manually deleted by RBCP. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting info@redbricks.capital. Copies in service backups or existing email correspondence may persist separately for the relevant provider’s retention period.
Website services
Our hosting and email providers may process information outside Sri Lanka. We use an essential session cookie for dashboard login and security controls to limit abusive requests. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the browser information needed to deliver those files. We do not use advertising trackers.
WhatsApp and external links
If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp or visit a portfolio company’s website, that service’s own privacy practices apply. WhatsApp messages are not automatically sent by this website.
